Terms and Conditions between Sheba One Ltd and Pharmacies/Health Stores

  1. Sheba One Lt will provide an online medicine/Health product sale portal to all authentic and licensed Pharmacies/Health stores who will register with Sheba One Lt and agree to this terms and conditions.
  2. Sheba One Lt. Will also deliver a POS Terminal to all registered pharmacies/Health stores who do not have computer and POS Terminals, cost of which will be paid by the Pharmacy/Health store either one time or through suitable installments.
  3. After receiving medicine/Health product sale request at the online portal either direct request or by uploading prescription, the registered Pharmacy/Health store will accept the request as soon as possible if all the requested medicine/health products are available at that pharmacy, however, if the Pharmacy/Health store has only partial medicine/health product, then it will have to mention in the portal how many medicine/Health product it has or available out of total requested medicine/Health product. After getting the feed back form the Pharmacy/Health store, If the customer or Sheba One Lt. decides to take partial medicine/health product from that Pharmacy/Health store, then the Pharmacy/Health store will deliver the partial medicine/Health product.
  4. In case of Prescription, for both full or partial sale, after accepting medicine sale request,the Pharmacy will type on the online portal all the names of the medicines mentioned in the prescription. And then it should indicate which medicines it is selling and which is not available at that Pharmacy.
  5. A substitute of a Prescription Drug would only be processed if the medical expert/ doctor has himself/ herself permitted for any other equivalent generic drug to be dispensed in place of the Prescription Drug in the prescription or if the prescription solely lists the generic names instead of a specific brand name. You further acknowledge and accept that, in the absence of the above, you would not dispense a substitute drug in place of the Prescription Drug.
  6. It is the responsibility of the Pharmacy/store to ensure genuineness and quality of the medicine/product, supply of medicine from unauthorized sources or expired medicine/product is totally prohibited, any violation of this may result in financial penalty and legal proceedings.
  7. 7.It is the responsibility of the Pharmacy/store to pack the medicine/product in a secure and sealed package before delivery and before handing the medicine/product to the delivery men/Rider. Along with the medicine/product package, the pharmacy/store will also deliver an invoice of the medicine or product to the deliveryman.
  8. The Pharmacy/Health store is agreeing by accepting this terms and condition to offer 1% discount from the MRP of all medicines and 10% discount from the MRP of all health products it will sell through Sheba One Lt. Also, it is agreeing to offer 2% commission or service charge from MRP to Sheba One Lt.
  9. The Pharmacy/Health store will have to sell the product to customers at a price offered and displayed on the Sheba One website. In addition, it will have to give 2% service charge to Sheba One Ltd from the sale value.
  10. The Pharmacy/Health store is also agreeing to receive payments once a week from Sheba One Lt for the sale of its medicine through Sheba One Lt. And based on that the Pharmacy/Health store is agreeing to handover the medicine pack/health products to Sheba One designated Rider/delivery men keeping due(without down payment) the sale money.
  11. All registered Pharmacy/Health store must have personal Bikash account on his/her shebaone registered mobile number. Shebaone will send all due money to that personal Bikash account once a week
  12. By accepting this terms and condition, the Pharmacy/Health store is giving permission to Sheba One Lt for displaying the logo and name of the Pharmacy/Health store on the Sheba One system, it is also giving permission for displaying all the medicine/health product data and price of that Pharmacy/Health store on the Sheba One System.
  13. Sheba One Lt. Reserves the right to change or modify any of the above terms and conditions anytime in future.
  14. The Pharmacy/Health store hereby release and agree to hold harmless Sheba One , its affiliates/group companies, its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, advisers, consultants, representatives, and assigns from any and all claims, losses, related suits, actions, proceedings, investigations, judgments, deficiencies, damages, settlements, liabilities, reasonable legal fees and expenses incurred, by the Pharmacy/Health store arising due to the negligence or misconduct of Pharmacy/Health store.
  15. The general User’s Terms & conditions, Privacy Policy and Return&Refund Policy of Sheba One Lt. are also applicable for Pharmacies/Health stores, by accepting this terms and conditions, the Pharmacy/health store is also accepting general Terms & conditions, Privacy Policy and Return&Refund Policy of Sheba One Lt.
