Terms and Conditions between Sheba One Ltd and Health Stores
- Sheba One Lt will provide an online Health product sale portal to all authentic and licensed Health stores who will register with Sheba One Lt and agree to this terms and conditions.
- Sheba One Lt. Will also deliver a POS Terminal to all registered Health stores who do not have computer and POS Terminals, cost of which will be paid by the Health store either one time or through suitable installments.
- After receiving Health product sale request at the online portal either direct request, the registered Health store will accept the request as soon as possible if all the requested health products are available at that Health Store, however, if the Health store has only partial health product, then it will have to mention in the portal how many Health product it has or available out of total requested Health product. After getting the feed back form the Health store, If the customer or Sheba One Lt. decides to take partial health product from that Health store, then the Health store will deliver the partial Health product.
- It is the responsibility of the Health store to ensure genuineness and quality of the product, supply of Product from unauthorized sources or expired product is totally prohibited, any violation of this may result in financial penalty and legal proceedings.
- It is the responsibility of the Health store to pack the product in a secure and sealed package before delivery and before handing the product to the delivery men/Rider. Along with the product package, the Health store will also deliver an invoice of the product to the deliveryman.
- The Health store is agreeing by accepting this terms and condition to offer 10% discount from the MRP of all health products it will sell through Sheba One Lt. Also, it is agreeing to offer 2% commission or service charge from MRP to Sheba One Lt.
- It is the responsibility of the Pharmacy/store to pack the medicine/product in a secure and sealed package before delivery and before handing the medicine/product to the delivery men/Rider. Along with the medicine/product package, the pharmacy/store will also deliver an invoice of the medicine or product to the deliveryman.
- The Health store is also agreeing to receive payments once a week from Sheba One Lt for the sale of its Products through Sheba One Lt. And based on that the Health store is agreeing to handover the health products to Sheba One designated Rider/delivery men keeping due(without down payment) the sale money.
- All registered Health store must have personal bKash account on his/her Shebaone registered mobile number. Shebaone will send all due money to that personal bKash account once a week.
- By accepting this terms and condition, the Health store is giving permission to Sheba One Lt for displaying the logo and name of the Health store on the Sheba One system, it is also giving permission for displaying all the health product data and price of that Health store on the Sheba One System.
- Sheba One Lt. Reserves the right to change or modify any of the above terms and conditions anytime in future.
- The Health store hereby release and agree to hold harmless Sheba One , its affiliates/group companies, its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, advisers, consultants, representatives, and assigns from any and all claims, losses, related suits, actions, proceedings, investigations, judgments, deficiencies, damages, settlements, liabilities, reasonable legal fees and expenses incurred, by the Health store arising due to the negligence or misconduct of Health store.
- The general User’s Terms & conditions, Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy of Sheba One Lt. are also applicable for Health stores, by accepting this terms and conditions, the health store is also accepting general Terms & conditions, Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy of Sheba One Lt.
