All Deliverymen who register with ShebaOne will be allowed to use the ShebaOne Rider App.
Registered Deliverymen will be provided with a shirt and bag bearing the ShebaOne logo and colors. The price of these items will be collected from the Deliveryman through several installments.
Deliverymen are subject to a minimum per delivery charge of Rs.30 and a maximum delivery charge depending on the distance. However, from 11 pm to 06 am, the minimum delivery charge is Rs.60, and the maximum charge will depend on the distance.
Deliverymen must deliver the Health Products within 6 hours of receiving the health product delivery request. The product should be delivered to the customer from the health store.
Every Deliveryman must have a personal bKash account on their registered mobile number.
As soon as the COD amount reaches a maximum of Tk 2000 (after deducting delivery charges), the Deliveryman must send it immediately to ShebaOne's bKash/Nagad Merchant Number 01311-477608. Under no circumstances can excess money be kept with the Deliveryman. Even if it does not reach Tk 2000, the daily amount should be sent to ShebaOne's Bikash/Nagad Merchant Number by 9:00 p.m. at the end of the day.
In case of online payment, ShebaOne will send the delivery charges due to the Deliverymen once a week to their personal bKash account on their registered mobile number.
In case of delivery of health products, the seal of the packet made by the health store shall not be opened or broken under any circumstances. If this rule is not followed and any damage is caused to the health product, the Deliveryman will bear all responsibilities and compensations.
After completing the delivery of health products to the customer, a picture of the customer’s home/institution/location should be taken with the mobile camera, and the delivery should be completed within the app.
In case of any mishap or accident during delivery, the Deliveryman must immediately report to ShebaOne customer service Live Support. In such cases, the delivery charge will be canceled.
If the Deliveryman does not comply with the policy or any misconduct is reported by the customer, the Deliveryman will be warned first. If no corrections are made, the Deliveryman’s account will be temporarily closed.
The Deliveryman’s account will be permanently canceled in case of repeated policy violations or serious offenses. Serious offenses include:
Breaking the law.
Using fake documents for the Deliveryman account.
Providing false information for the Deliveryman account.
Misbehavior with customers.
Continuous cancellation or non-acceptance of delivery orders without reason.
If ShebaOne detects any unusual activity from the Deliveryman, ShebaOne can suspend or block the Deliveryman from the system temporarily. Unusual activities include:
Taking delivery orders but not picking them up for a long time.
Not having GPS Location available for an extended period.
Providing inaccurate GPS Location for a long time.
Repeatedly missing delivery requests.
After reaching the delivery point, if the customer cannot be reached by phone or by other means, or if the address is wrong, the Deliveryman must immediately report this to ShebaOne Customer Service. The health product must be returned to the health store from where it was collected. In such cases, the Deliveryman will receive the delivery charge.
If ShebaOne cancels the order for any reason during delivery, the health product must be returned to the health store from which it was collected. In such cases, the Deliveryman will receive the delivery charge.
ShebaOne, its officers, employees, affiliate companies, or partners are not liable for any legal action, litigation, or compensation for any negligence, irregularity, or wrongdoing by the Deliveryman. The full liability lies with the respective Deliveryman.
ShebaOne reserves the right to change this policy at any time in the future without explanation.
