Terms and Conditions between Sheba One Ltd and Labs

  1. Sheba One Lt will provide an online lab portal to all authentic and licensed labs who will register with Sheba One Lt and agree to this terms and conditions.
  2. Sheba One Lt. will also deliver a POS Terminal to all registered labs who do not have a dedicated computer to deal with Sheba One, cost of which will be paid by the lab either one time or through suitable installments.
  3. After receiving lab test request and invoice at the online portal, based on this agreement and terms and conditions, the registered lab will process and conduct the test after receiving due test fee from the invoice customer. Accordingly deliver the test report to Customer through either physical or online means.
  4. The registered mobile number of Lab must have Whatsapp, sheba one may send prescription images to that whatsapp number, after receiving prescription images, the lab must inform by shebaone whatsapp, by typing what are the lab tests available in that prescription.
  5. It is the responsibility of the Lab to ensure genuineness and quality of the Test, below standard test by below standard test equipment is totally unacceptable, any violation of this may result in financial penalty and legal proceedings.
  6. It is the responsibility of the Lab to send it’s lab technician/staff to the patient home as soon as possible in case of home sample collection and to collect samples in safe and secure way.
  7. It is the responsibility of Labs to conduct test either from home sample or physically bringing the patient to the lab, and then prepare, certify the test report by authentic persons, finally, sending those test reports electronically/digitally to the given email of the patient. In cases where, the test report can’t be sent digitally, paper report to deliver to the patient or to his/her representative.
  8. The Lab is agreeing by accepting this terms and condition to offer 10% discount from the officially published test cost for all tests it will conduct through Sheba One Lt. Also, it is agreeing to offer 5% commission or service charge (from the officially published test cost) to be collected from the customer in advance by Sheba One Lt.
  9. By accepting this terms and condition, the Lab is giving permission to Sheba One Lt for displaying the logo and name of the lab on the Sheba One website, it is also giving permission for displaying all the test data and price of that lab on the Sheba One website.
  10. Sheba One Lt. Reserves the right to change or modify any of the above terms and conditions anytime in future.
  11. The Lab hereby release and agree to hold harmless Sheba One Lt, its affiliates/group companies, its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, advisers, consultants, representatives, and assigns from any and all claims, losses, related suits, actions, proceedings, investigations, judgments, deficiencies, damages, settlements, liabilities, reasonable legal fees and expenses incurred by the Lab arising due to the negligence or misconduct of the Lab.
  12. The general User’s Terms & conditions, Privacy Policy and Return&Refund Policy are also applicable for Labs, by accepting this terms and conditions, the Lab is also accepting general User’s Terms & conditions, Privacy Policy and Return&Refund Policy of Sheba One Lt.
